The Micheaux Film Festival and Documentaries Don't Work have joined forces to create CARBON COPY, a pitch competition seeking bold, original narrative concepts that seamlessly integrate climate themes into compelling stories. We want entertaining, emotionally resonant stories that carry climate awareness in their DNA.

Screenwriters, directors, producers and industry professionals alike are all welcome to submit.

Submissions will be evaluated by our team of industry professionals and climate experts based on:

• Commercial viability

• Narrative strength

• Originality

• Integration of climate themes
